Registration fee is US $200, payable only in cash in US dollars in person at the conference. There will be a separate fee for the conference banquet, to be announced. Conference participants should send email by May 1, 2011 to Andre Scedrov scedrov@math.upenn.edu confirming their participation in the conference and indicating whether or not they wish to participate in the conference banquet.
