Venue

The conference takes place on the second floor of the building named National Center of Sciences, which houses National Institute of Informatics and several other organizations. It is located about two kilometers north west of Tokyo Station, and within a few minutes' walk of the Hirakawa Gate of the Imperial Palace.

From the Airport to Downtown Tokyo

The international ariport that serves Tokyo is Narita International Airport. There are various ways to get to downtown Tokyo from Narita International Airport. The easiest way is to take Narita Express. The duration of the travel from Narita Airport to Tokyo Station by Narita Express is about 70 minutes.

Narita Express, operated by JR East (East Japan Railway), connects Narita Aiport with various areas in Tokyo.
